Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available only if the service you booked is canceled before we begin processing it. Once your laundry service has been processed, we will not be able to issue any refunds.
Cancellation Procedure
•To cancel your service, you must email, call, or direct message us on Facebook Messenger before the service status changes to “Confirmed”.
•You will receive a confirmation of your cancellation request. If your cancellation is successful, the refund process will begin.
Refund Process
•Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days or from the date of cancellation confirmation.
•The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.

Non-Refundable Cases
•If the service has already started or is completed.
•If the cancellation request is made after the processing of your service has begun.
