THE ``NEW NORMAL`` LAUNDRY GUIDELINES
We are taking every precaution we can to ensure the safety and health of everyone. Please be guided with the following guidelines effective immediately.
- Schedule your pick-up request through The Laundry Project app. The in-house pick-up/delivery schedule is FREE of a delivery charge within 2 km (route)
- On-demand booking available and is subject to a delivery fee. This feature shall be available after the Community Quarantine.
- Sort clothes as booked. (whites, colored, beddings, etc.)
- Place clothes in a sealed plastic bag and label it with your name.
- If the concierge shall allow, you may leave the laundry at the reception area (or designated area by the concierge) and we shall pick up from there. We shall notify you once we have already picked up your laundry.
- If there is no concierge or prohibited by the building admin, kindly meet our delivery staff at the entrance of the building. Please be aware that social distancing shall be practiced when meeting our staff. Please arrive 3-5 mins before the meet up schedule as the delivery staff is not allowed to stay outside the building for a longer time.
- NO doorstep delivery, the delivery staff will just meet you outside the building.
- Drop off can be arranged as long as the building admin will allow or provide an area to leave the laundry.
- Please arrive 3-5 mins before the meetup schedule as the delivery staff is not allowed to stay outside the building for a longer time. Please be aware of the safe distance practice.
- The delivery time frame has been changed due to an additional 2 days of isolation of clothes to inactivate the possible virus contamination prior to washing.

- For drop service delivery, payment must be made in advance. Payment option available are:
- Bank Transfer (BPI, BDO, & Security Bank)
- Credit card
- Over The Counter payment (7-11, Cebuana, MLhuiller)
CASH ON DELIVERY
- For Cash on Delivery (we strongly discourage), please put the exact amount in a sealed plastic pouch. If there is change, we shall credit or add to your in-app wallet and apply it on your next laundry. (COD do not apply in on-demand booking service)
