Your First Order!

Simply download The Laundry Project app in the App Store or Google Play store and create your free account. Fill out your details to sign up. Once registration is complete, you can start booking your request for pick up.

Schedule your pick up request from Mondays - Saturdays between 10 am - 9 pm. Check out our in-house pick/up delivery schedule and destination before booking. Our friendly staff will contact you to confirm the schedule. Once confirmed, our delivery staff will stop by to collect your laundries.

On-demand booking is available and subject to a service fee.
Please have your clothes placed in sealed plastic and label your name.


We carefully wash, dry, fold, and pack your laundry. For press service, we can fold your pressed clothes or provide hangers at a minimal fee. You can choose to bring your own hangers too.

We suggest you segregate the whites from the colored ones. You may place a note for special instructions.


Once your clothes are ready, we notify you immediately. You may also choose your preferred delivery schedule if you are not free following the scheduled timing and destination using our on-demand service. On-demand service is subject to a delivery fee.

Not Home? No worries! Our Drop Service suits you. Our delivery staff can pick up and drop off your laundry from the concierge or any designated area by the concierge. This service is applicable for customers who paid their laundries in advance.

Once the pick-up request has been confirmed, prepare your laundry and place it in a SEALED plastic bag. Ideally, separate bags for the whites and colored ones.
We aim to deliver your clothes as soon as ready. To protect our team for possible virus contamination due to COVID-19 pandemic, we shall place your clothes for 2 days isolation. Thus, please refer to below time frame update:

* Wash Dry Fold / Machine-washed items - 4-5 days

* Handwash / Press items / Thick items (Comforter, Pillows) - 7 days

* Dry clean items - 10 days (currently suspended during ECQ)

* Express/Rush Laundry - 3 days (Total price is subject to additional 50% and applicable only to Wash Dry Fold items)

If you'd prefer later than the standard delivery schedule, just let us know when you want your clothes back.

We suggest you to check the care label or tag in your clothes to determine whether the item is for dry clean, machine wash or hand wash.

Know the basics

We offer machine wash, hand washing, dry cleaning, ironing service and pick up/delivery in nearby areas.
Our shop opens from 9 am -9 pm, Monday through Sunday. Pick-up and delivery schedule starts from 10 am until 9 pm. No in-house pickup/delivery schedule every Sunday and selected public holiday. On-demand pick-up/delivery schedule available on Sundays after ECQ.
Pick up and the delivery fee varies. The app generates the fee based on the distance and traffic route. You may check our in-house pick-up/delivery schedule in the ``NEW NORMAL`` guidelines to check if you can avail of our free delivery fee. On-demand service is available and subject to a fee.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide this service at this time due to the COVID-19 pandemic. For the safety of everyone, all laundries shall be placed in 2 days isolation to inactivate possible virus contamination. Our Express Service shall be in 3 days and subject for a fee.
A minimum of Php 200 fee is required.
We encourage contactless payment to practice safe distancing.


For drop service delivery, payment must be made in advance. Payment option available are:

Bank Transfer (BPI, BDO, & Security Bank)
Credit card
Over The Counter payment (7-11, Cebuana, MLhuiller)


For Cash on Delivery (we strongly discourage), please put the exact amount in a sealed plastic pouch. If there is a change, we shall credit or add to your in-app wallet and apply it to your next laundry. (COD do not apply in on-demand booking service)

After we pick up your clothes our laundry attendants will prepare and que it for washing. A notification shall be sent once your laundry is ready for delivery.
Each service has a bag assigned with allocated weight in kg. Our delivery staff shall only collect the laundry in a sealed plastic bag and shall be isolated for 2 days. The laundry attendant shall check the laundry after 2 days to confirm the weight. If there's an excess, it will be applied to another bag and will notify you if there shall be a change in your original booking.
We do not provide laundry bags. For everyone's safety, kindly place your clothes in a sealed plastic bag. Laundries collected shall be isolated for 2 days to inactivate possible virus contamination.
Yes, we do as long as it is allowed. Our Drop Service applies to prepaid customers. Once payment has been confirmed, our delivery staff will deliver.
Should there be an issue with your laundry, call us immediately and we will make every effort to resolve the matter to your satisfaction. Please understand that some issues, like persistent stains, may not be able to be resolved regardless of available products and our efforts

b) Select the services you want, pick up & delivery address, schedule of your pick up & time slot

c) Select the payment method and proceed to checkout.

You'll receive a notification once your request has been accepted.

You can view your order status through the app. Tracking your order is available once the pickup/delivery task started by the delivery staff. Please take note the real-time location might be delayed as our delivery staff must complete first the other delivery.
SELECT SERVICES button has all the list of services we offer. If you can't find the service that you need, you can select REQUEST PICK-UP and indicate the item you are sending. You can also enquire prior to booking the items you are sending to check whether it can be processed or not.
This is where we store your reward points & prepayments. You may use a portion of your balance in your wallet to pay for your laundry. Please take note that you can only use the points for laundry service payment and not for pick-up/delivery fee.
Earn more points by simply inviting your friend to use the app and our services. Terms and conditions apply.
You may cancel via the app as long as it has not been accepted. Once accepted, the cancel button is no longer available. You may send a message via the app instead to cancel the pick-up request if the cancel button is no longer available.
